数字新基建对全民健康服务高质量发展的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Digital New Infrastructure on the High-Quality Development of National Health Services
摘要
Abstract
As a new engine of the economy in the digital era,digital new infrastructure is crucial for promoting the high-quality development of national health services.By constructing a theoretical framework for analyzing the impact of new digital infrastructure on the quality of national health services,this paper empirically examines the impact of new digital infrastructure on the quality of national health services,using Chinese provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021 as the research sample.The results are as below.Firstly,new digital infrastructure can significantly promote the development of high quality of national health services,and its promotion effect will be further enhanced with the improvement of the quality of national health services.Secondly,the new digital infrastructure enables the quality development of national health services by promoting the advanced industrial structure and the government's investment in health services.Thirdly,in regions with lower levels of fiscal revenue and marketisation,the effect of new digital infrastructure on the quality of national health services is more significant.In addition,the new digital infrastructure in the region is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of national health services in the neighbouring regions.In view of this,it is proposed that the construction of new information infrastructure be promoted in a coordinated manner,that financial support for the health service industry be increased,and that the integration of new digital infrastructure with the health service industry be promoted according to local conditions.关键词
