Current Development Status of Beijing Railway Logistics Center and Research on Enterprise Transformation Strategies

Abstract
As an important component of China's transportation industry,the railway sector still faces a series of issues,such as outdated management models and inadequate infrastructure,in the new era.This paper first surveyed to deeply analyze the current development status and existing problems of the Beijing Railway Logistics Center.Then,based on the Logit parameter calibration model,it determined the market share of existing freight products and segmented the market according to these shares,identifying key areas.Additionally,the optimized Dijkstra algorithm was used to calculate the shortest distance between start and end points,thereby optimizing resource allocation to maximize resource utilization.Finally,strategies for the transformation of the Beijing Railway Logistics Center were proposed from the perspectives of strategic research,resource allocation,and model construction,providing a reference for promoting the transformation of railway transport enterprises into modern logistics enterprises.关键词
