Research on Integrated Transportation Organization Technology and Strategies for Chengdu-Yangang Section of Chengdu-Kunming Railway Line

Abstract
The Chengdu-Yangang section in the Chengdu-Kunming Railway Line,under the jurisdiction of China Railway Chengdu Group Co.,Ltd.,serves as an important railway freight transportation corridor in the southwest region,carrying heavy cargo transfer tasks.Due to the influence of loading and unloading equipment and technical conditions,it has become a difficult section with a tight freight transportation capacity.By analyzing the existing freight organization problems in terms of dispatching and command structure,operational processes,information transmission,technical equipment deployment,and job responsibility definition,this paper proposed optimization measures such as constructing the flat dispatching command center,constructing the information system of the command center,and innovating the traffic transportation of the command center.These measures aim to create a new transportation organization model with advance notification,real-time communication,and dynamic adjustment,achieving an improvement in the overall transportation organization efficiency of the Chengdu-Yangang section.关键词
