Abstract
This paper explored how railway cold chain logistics can overcome its current difficulties and better adapt to changes in the external environment,thereby achieving high-quality development goals,in the context of steadily increasing household income levels and rising consumer expectations for cold chain food in the domestic market.The PEST analysis method was used to study the environmental factors influencing railway cold chain development,including policy,legal,social,cultural,economic,and technological aspects.It analyzed the problems and deficiencies in railway cold chain logistics and proposed comprehensive support measures such as implementing pricing strategies,improving transportation efficiency,constructing an integrated information platform,and promoting equipment diversification.The goal was to establish a systematic,effective,safe,and convenient railway cold chain logistics support system,further strengthen the role of railway transportation as the backbone,enhance the competitiveness of railway cold chain logistics in the overall cold chain logistics market,and achieve stable and sustained growth in railway cold chain transportation volume and revenue,thus promoting the better development of the railway cold chain logistics industry.关键词
