"Strengthening"of Party Building and Modernization of Ecological Governance:Two Dimensions for Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization

Abstract
Organizational revitalization and ecological revitalization are important contents of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization implies the synergy mechanism between the"strengthening"of rural grass-roots Party construction and the modernization of rural ecological governance.The"strengthening"of rural grass-roots Party construction can play a directional leading role in Rural Revitalization.At the same time,the modernization of eco-logical governance can react on the"strengthening"of rural grass-roots Party construction.By building a new virtuous cycle model of"Party building+ecology",we have a deep understanding of the coupling relationship between rural grass-roots Party building"strengthening"and ecological governance modernization,give full play to the leading role of rural grass-roots Party building"strengthening"in ecological governance modernization,scientifically grasp the positive feed-back of ecological governance modernization on rural grass-roots Party building,and constantly strengthen the rural grass-roots Party building and ecological governance to work together to promote the value-oriented development for the people,and strive to build a modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature based on destiny and sharing,which can provide important guidance for the implementation of the development strategy that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.关键词
