高校思政课实践教学实效提高策略研究
Research on Improving the Practical Teaching Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
Ideological and political education is a key course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morali-ty and talents.Practical teaching of ideological and political courses is an extension and deepening of ideological and political courses,aiming at enabling students to combine theory with practice,and effectively improve their ideological realm and practical abilities.Improving the practical teaching effectiveness of ideological and political courses is an inevitable requirement for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating moral character,constructing a comprehensive ideological and political framework,optimizing the curriculum system,and deepening the cultural connotation of campus.A systematical analysis was made on the problems in the current practical teaching of ideological and political courses,including the arbitrariness and lack of systematicity in the formulation of teaching plans,the lack of unified organization and coordination in teaching implementation,and the lack of unified standards and simple evaluation methods in teaching evaluation.Strategies for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political course practical teaching were proposed from five dimensions:striving for standardization and systematicity in the formulation of teaching plans,clear and detailed implementation of teaching needs,objective and flexible teaching evaluation,positive and warm teaching feedback,and precise and long-term teaching improvement,so that practical teaching can fully play its due role in promoting students'comprehensive development and becoming high-quality qualified talents.关键词
