Research on the Current Situation,Bottlenecks and Innovation-Driven Strategies of Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry Development in Guizhou Based on Resource Advantages

Abstract
Guizhou Province boasts abundant traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)resources.Based on the current de-velopment status of Guizhou's TCM industry,this study summarizes the challenges it faces,including talent shortages,insufficient scientific and technological innovation capabilities,low standardization of medicinal materials,difficulties in inheriting ethnic medicine,and weak brand influence.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been put forward for aspects such as talent cultivation,scientific and technological innovation,quality improvement,the develop-ment of ethnic medicine and brand building.Guizhou Province has explored a coordinated development model of tradi-tional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine.Through the integration of talent cultivation,it has broken through the de-velopment bottleneck of traditional ethnic medicine fighting alone,providing a differentiated path for the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine in multi-ethnic areas.This has helped achieve the transformation from a re-source-dependent to an innovation-driven development model and ultimately promoted the sustainable development of regional characteristic traditional Chinese medicine industries.关键词
