新疆黑猪杂交代与外三元猪血清主要抗病细胞因子含量分析
Analysis of the Contents of Major Anti-disease Cytokines in the Serum of Xinjiang Black Pig Hybrids and Foreign Ternary Pigs

Abstract
To reveal the differences in disease resistance immune cytokines between Xinmin black pig and Duroc-Landrace-Yorkshire ternary pig(referred to as foreign ternary pig),double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the concentrations of major immune cytokines related to disease resistance,such as interleukin,complement,interferon,immunoglobulin,and swine leukocyte antigen in the blood of Xinmin black pig and foreign ternary pig.The results showed that the contents of IgA,SLA-Ⅰ,and IL-6 in the serum of Xinmin black pig were significantly higher than those of foreign ternary pig(P＜0.01),while the contents of CH50,IFN-γ,IgG,IgM,IL-2,SLA-Ⅱ,and SLA-Ⅲ in Xinmin black pig were lower than those in foreign ternary pig,but the differences were not significant(P＞0.05).The contents of C3,C4,and IL-4 in Xinmin black pig were significantly lower than those in foreign ternary pig(P＜0.05),and the content of IL-10 in Xinmin black pig was significantly lower than that in foreign ternary pig(P＜0.01).These results revealed the differences in immune cytokine contents between Xinmin black pig and foreign ternary pig,providing a reference for the disease resistance breeding of Xinmin black pig.关键词
