调脂口服液对2型糖尿病小鼠降糖降脂作用研究
Study on the Hypoglycemic and Hypolipidemic Effects of Tiaozhi Oral Liquid on Type 2 Diabetic Mice

Abstract
Objective:To explore the hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects of Tiaozhi oral liquid on type 2 diabetic mice.Methods:The model of type 2 diabetes was established by high-fat diet combined with streptozotocin injection(110mg/kg),and the model mice were randomly divided into the model group,positive control group,high-dose Tiaozhi oral liquid group,and low-dose Tiaozhi oral liquid group;the normal group was fed with normal chow.Blood glucose was monitored once a week.The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured.Results:Compared with the blank group,the model group mice showed sluggish movement,excessive sleepiness,decreased reaction sensitivity,greasy and dull fur.and significantly elevated blood glucose and lipid levels.Compared with the model group,the above indexes of the ad-ministered groups showed certain improvement,in which the glucose-lowering rates of TZ-L and TZ-H were 23.4％and 23.9％respectively;TC,TG,and LDL-C levels were significantly decreased,the levels of HDL-C were improved,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tiaozhi oral liquid can significantly improve the atrophic state of di-abetic mice,the gloss of hair as well as the activity of mice,reduce the blood lipid and glucose levels of type 2 diabetic mice,and show good hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic efficacy.关键词
