集约化发展下检验检测实验室组织架构模式探讨
Discussion on Organizational Structure Model of Inspection and Testing Institutions under Intensive Development—Based on RASCI Matrix Model

Abstract
In the era of globalization,trading markets are becoming increasingly complex,and the trading parties have put forward higher requirements on the credibility and scale of third-party inspection and testing institutions.Domestic inspection and testing institutions have presented a significant trend of consolidation,and their internal organizational structure and management models are facing significant challenges.Practice has shown that the traditional matrix organizational structure cannot effectively adapt to the characteristics of the inspection and testing industry,such as significant differences between product fields,scattered branch layouts,and short business cycles,which has led to a series of organizational coordination and management problems.By using the new organizational structure of RASCI Matrix,a standard organizational structure model is established,to map out the approval,execution,support,consultation and notification objects from the process-oriented matrix organizational structure,which can effectively promote the efficient and coordinated operation within the organization.The research results aim to solve the organizational governance problems faced by the intensive development of inspection and testing laboratories through innovative management methods,and facilitate the integration and better development of these laboratories.关键词
