Abstract
In order to understand the effect of disinfection of aldehyde preparations(glutaraldehyde),quaternary ammonium salts,and halogen(potassium persulfate)disinfectants on viral nucleic acids,five disinfectants were selected respectively.After diluting the working concentration recommended in the disinfectant instructions,each disinfectant was diluted at 1∶64 and 1∶128 concentrations.The diluted disinfectant acted with the pig breeding and respiratory syndrome virus nucleic acid for 5 minutes,10 minutes,and 15 minutes respectively.The reactants were taken and quantitative PCR was used for detection.The results showed that the most significant effect of glutaraldehyde(A)and potassium bisulate(C3)disinfectants under laboratory conditions on pig reproduction and respiratory syndrome virus nucleic acids,and the PCR test results were both Ct of 40.Other disinfectants have slightly weaker nucleic acid degradation ability of pig breeding and respiratory syndrome viruses,and the detection Ct value has only increased slightly.This study evaluated the destructive ability of five disinfectants to pig reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus nucleic acids,which can provide reference for pig farms when analyzing the effects of disinfectants.关键词
