摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the impact of different aquaculture water bodies on the growth performance of tilapia in Alar,Xinjiang,this study selected three typical tilapia aquaculture water bodies in Alar.Field measurements were conducted on ecological indices of tilapia,including body weight,body length,body height,body width,head length,snout length,eye diameter,interorbital distance,and condition factor(CF),combined with water quality parameters(dissolved oxygen,pH,total alkalinity,and salinity)for comprehensive analysis.The results showed that:the condition factor of tilapia in the 13T fish sample group(5.33±0.42 g/cm3)was slightly higher than that in the upstream reservoir fish sample group(5.08±0.15 g/cm3)and 14T fish sample group(3.95±0.31 g/cm3);16T in the upstream reservoir 16T fish sample group(low salinity,SAL=1.105‰)had the highest body weight,followed by the 13T(medium salinity,SAL=3.22‰)fish sample group,and 14T(high salinity,SAL=6.63‰)fish sample group had the lowest body weight.
