健脾祛湿膏对早期糖尿病肾病小鼠内皮-间质转分化的作用影响
Effect of Jianpi Qushi Gao on Endothelial Mesenchymal Transition in Early Diabetes Nephropathy Mice

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine"Jianpi Qushi Gao"on renal pathology and endothelial mesenchymal transition in mice with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:The animal model was estab-lished using high-fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin,and was divided into normal control group,model group medium and low dose traditional Chinese medicine group,and metformin group.The corresponding drug doses in each group were administered orally.The fasting blood glucose,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,24h urine protein,and micro-urinary protein of the mice in each group were measured after 21 days of intragastric administration,and the renal tissue pathological sections were observed under a light microscope.Results:Compared with the normal control group(NC),the model group had obvious symptoms of depilation,listlessness,polydipsia and polyuria,and blood sugar was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the levels of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,24-hour urine protein quantification,and trace urine protein in each drug intervention group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),besides the renal pathological damage was significantly reduced.Compared with the model group,the high-dose group of Jianpi Qushi Gao(JPQSG 2.4g/kg)showed a significant decrease in trace urinary protein indi-cators,but the pathological improvement effect was not as significant as that of the metformin group.Conclusion:Jianpi Qushi Gao can reduce the symptoms of glomerulosclerosis,slow down the tubulointerstitial damage in mice with early diabetic nephropathy,and protect the kidney.关键词
