摘要

Abstract

This paper mainly studies the effects of different feeding methods for ewes in winter on the growth performance,antioxidant indicators and immune indicators of lambs.Sixty F1 generation lake-Tibetan hybrid ewes in the later stage of gestation(about 90 days)were selected as experimental animals and randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group.The control group was managed by grazing+supplementary feeding in the later stage of pregnancy(90~150 days)and 30 days after delivery,while the experimental group was managed by full stall feeding during this period.The results showed that the birth weight,30-day age weight and average daily gain of lambs from 0 to 30 days of age in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC and CAT in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the MDA in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,feeding grazing ewes in pens during the later stages of gestation and supplementing them with a comprehensive diet is beneficial to the growth and development of the lambs,and at the same time helps to enhance their antioxidant capacity and immune function.
