关于不同标准中甲醛释放量(气候箱法)试验方法的探究
Research on the Test Methods of Formaldehyde Emission(Chamber Method)in Different Standards

Abstract
The chamber method has become the main detection method of formaldehyde emission in wood-based panels and their products.Requirements on test specimen size,sample preparation positions,edge sealing treatment for formaldehyde emission in different standards are not exactly the same,which easily cause differences of test results.Through comparing different standards,the paper summarizes the preferred test principles of formaldehyde emission.The tests should be conducted based on the actual use conditions of the product,and the total exposed area of test specimen is 1 m2.For the wood-based panels and their products that are exposed on one side,only the exposed surface should be tested.For the wood-based panels and their products that are exposed on both sides,the total length of the unsealed edge of the panel should be 1500 mm,and the unsealed edge should be evenly distributed in each test specimen.关键词
