Abstract
In the field of non-standard product manufacturing,establishing a quality management system(QMS)for customized production needs is a core issue for enterprises to enhance product reliability and market competitiveness.This paper discusses how to build a systematic QMS for non-standard product manufacturing based on the international standard ISO 9001 and the lean management theory,and analyzes its role in reducing production costs,improving customer satisfaction and enhancing enterprise competitiveness.This paper points out that by clarifying the quality policy,optimizing the organizational structure,implementing process standardization and data-driven feedback and other mechanisms,enterprises can effectively cope with the challenges of small-lot,high-complexity non-standard product production.In addition,combined with modern intelligent manufacturing technology and the concept of sustainable development,this paper outlines the future development direction of non-standard product quality management system,which provides a set of operable optimization strategies for non-standard manufacturing enterprises.关键词
