Abstract

Objective:To analyzed the distribution of phenolic components and metabolic differences between wild Phyl-lanthus emblica L.and cultivated Phyllanthus emblica L.,investigate the link between their compositional variations and habitats by mass spectrometry imaging technology(MALDI).Methods:Selected wild and cultivated Phyllanthus emblica L.fruit,s transverse sections to MALDI.The average mass spectra of the two kinds of Phyllanthus emblica L.were obtained by SCiLS Lab software,to analyze the secondary spectra and the relative content of each compound.Re-sults:A comprehensive analysis of the two types of Phyllanthus emblica L.identified a total of 43 flavonoids,23 tan-nins,and 38 phenolic acids.The distribution of these compounds was thoroughly examined by the imaging analysis.Tar-geted the outer peel of both Phyllanthus emblica L.varieties as the region of interest,a subset of 15 flavonoids,11 tan-nins,and 16 phenolic acids were screened and analyzed.Conclusion:To analyze the two kinds of Phyllanthus emblica L.slices by MALDI technology.It was found that the distribution of polyphenols in the two kinds of Phyllanthus em-blica L.have obvious differences,and provide the differential metabolic pathway information of the two kinds of Phyl-lanthus emblica L.,which provided a reference for the follow-up research of Phyllanthus emblica L..
