摘要

Abstract

Waterlogging affects the growth and development of crops,resulting in reduced yield and quality.In this study,the water resistance response of hemp(Cannabis sativa L.)germplasm at seedling stage was studied.Under waterlogging,phenotype and physiological and biochemical indexes of 19 differ-ent genotypes of hemp germplasm were changed,and the differences were significant.It was found that with the increase of time after waterlogging,the changes of leaves were yellow,wilting,leaf margin turn-ing brown,leaf shedding,and even death.The chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate continued to decrease after waterlogging stress.After waterlogging,SOD,POD,CAT and other antioxidant protec-tive enzymes are activated,which affects the peroxidation of the plasma membrane.SOD and POD play a positive synergistic role in the antioxidant protection system.The results showed that"DMG265"was the most water-resistant variety,while"Hequ"was the most sensitive variety to waterlogging.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the evaluation and identification of waterlogging resistance of hemp germplasm resources and the selection and breeding of waterlogging resistance varieties.
