水培条件下工业大麻氮素阈值的研究
Study on Hemp Nitrogen Threshold under Hydroponics

Abstract
Taking the seedlings of Huoma-1 and Гляна as the main experimental materials and the seedlings of 18 varieties as the verification materials,three independent small experiments were set up to determine the threshold range of industrial hemp's response to nitrogen.The low-nitrogen threshold ex-ploration experiment of industrial hemp,with nitrogen concentrations of T2(1.08 mmol/L),T4(2.16 mmol/L),T6(3.24 mmol/L),T8(4.32 mmol/L),and T10(5.40 mmol/L CK);The compar-ison experiment of growth conditions of different varieties of industrial hemp under two nitrogen concentra-tions,with nitrogen concentrations of T6 and T10;The high-nitrogen threshold exploration experiment of industrial hemp,with nitrogen concentrations of T6(CK1),T8,T10,T12(6.48 mmol/L),T18(9.71 mmol/L),T24(12.95 mmol/L),T30(16.19 mmol/L),and T36(19.43 mmol/L).The results showed that in the low-nitrogen threshold exploration experiment,the average membership function(IA)value of T6 was the largest,and the coefficient of variation(C)value among varieties was the smallest.In the comparison experiment of 20 varieties,11 varieties had better growth at T6 than at T10,account-ing for 55%.Except for plant height and stem diameter,the C values of other indicators at T6 were all smaller than those at T10,with an average of 27.34.In the high-nitrogen threshold exploration experi-ment,the average IA value of T24 was the largest,and the C values between T6 and T24 were all less than 10.Analysis of variance showed that the differences in each index under T2 and T36 treatments were smaller than those under T6 and T24 treatments,and there were also significant differences among varie-ties.In conclusion,the optimal threshold range for nitrogen response in industrial hemp is 3.24~12.95 mmol/L,and 1.08 mmol/L and 19.43 mmol/L are the extreme values for low-nitrogen stress and high-nitrogen stress,respectively.关键词
