摘要

Abstract

A pathogenic fungi was isolated from the roots of ramie in Zhangjiajie.After microscopic morphological identification,ITS sequencing comparison,and Koch's rule verification,the pathogen was identified as the brown shell fungus of the Ascomycota subphylum Rosellinia necatrix(Hart.)Berl,which causes ramie white root rot.Indoor drug screening was conducted on R.necatrix.The lowest EC50 value was found for 97%Methylthiophanate of 0.287 6 mg/L,followed by 98%Fludioxonil of 1.061 0 mg/L,and 97.1%Azoxystrobin of 3.545 7 mg/L.The EC50 value for the biopesticide Pseudomonas PSB-S(2×108 CFU/mL)was 2.858 7×103 CFU/mL.Methyl Thiophanate,Fludioxonil,Azoxystrobin,and 2×108 CFU/mL PSB-S can be used as prepared fungicides for preventing R.necatrix.in field.
