血府逐瘀汤联合强脉冲光治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的临床有效性研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang combined with strong pulsed light in treating melasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type melasma treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2024 to January 2025.Among them,30 patients who were treated with strong pulsed light alone were included in the control group;30 patients treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Tang combined with strong pulsed light were included as the observation group.Compare the effectiveness,skin lesion scores,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores for traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as tongue pulse,normal anxiety,and facial pigmentation compared to the control group.The color,area,and total score of the skin lesions were also lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Xuefu Zhuyu Tang and strong pulsed light has an ideal therapeutic effect on the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type melasma and is worthy of promotion.关键词
