Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of carbon dioxide(CO2)lattice laser combined with silicone gel on early scar after facial cosmetology suture.Methods From January 2023 to December 2024,354 patients with early scars after facial cosmetic suture admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the differences in treatment methods,with 177 cases in each group,namely the control group and the observation group.They were respectively given the CO 2 fractional laser treatment plan and the combined treatment plan with silicone gel.The treatment conditions of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After the treatment,the scores of blood supply,pigment,flexibility and height in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the adverse reactions in the control group,the incidence in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the satisfaction of the control group,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of CO2 fractional laser combined with silicone gel in the treatment of early scars after facial cosmetic suture has a definite effect,with few adverse reactions and can improve patient satisfaction.关键词
