Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Out-hospital nursing based on wechat group on freckle patients undergoing intense pulsed light therapy.Methods A total of 40 patients with freckles who were admitted to the Shangqiu First People's Hospita from June 2023 to July 2024 were included in the study.All patients received intense pulsed light therapy and out-of-hospital nursing intervention based on wechat group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed,and the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and dermatology life quality index were compared before and after the intervention.Results The total effective rate was 97.50%and the complication rate was 10%in 40 cases of freckles treated with intense pulsed light.After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and dermatology life quality index of 40 freckles patients were significantly decreased(P<0.001).Conclusions The out-hospital nursing based on wechat group can effectively guarantee the effect of intense pulsed light treatment of freckles,alleviate the adverse mood of patients and improve their quality of life.关键词
