Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rbFGF)in treating patients with erythematous telangiectatic rosacea(ETR).Methods A total of 122 ETR patients in our Hospital from December 2022 to May 2025 were selected as the study subjects for a prospective,randomized,double-blind controlled study.They were assigned to a study group and a control group at a 1:1 ratio using randomization,with 61 patients in each group.The control group received rbFGF treatment,while the study group received additional Danzhi Xiaoyao treatment on top of the control group's treatment,for a continuous period of 8 weeks.The efficacy,symptom improvement time,and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically compared,as well as the global acne grading system(GAGS)and serum levels[serum Nesfatin-1,Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R),and myeloperoxidase(MPO)]before and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with the control group of 78.69%,the treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was higher at 93.44%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the study group had a shorter improvement time for erythema,telangiectasia,skin flushing,and skin sensitivity,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the GAGS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the decrease in the study group was greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,compared with the control group,the study group had lower levels of serum SIL-2R,MPO,TLR2,and Nesfatin-1,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of D Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder and rbFGF has demonstrated significant efficacy in treating ETR patients,alleviating clinical symptoms and regulating serum levels of SIL-2R,MPO,TLR2,and Nesfatin-1.关键词
