Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors of recurrence in patients with moderate to severe seborrheic dermatitis on the face after yellow light treatment,a Logistic regression prediction model was established,and intervention measures were formulated.Methods A total of 125 patients with moderate to severe facial seborrheic dermatitis who visited Zhengzhou Milan Baiyu Jimei Medical Aesthetic Hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were prospectively selected as the research subjects.These patients were divided into an occurrence group and a non-occurrence group based on whether they experienced relapse within one year after yellow light treatment.The clinical data of the two groups were compared,and a multifactorial Logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify the influencing factors of relapse.A Logistic regression prediction model was established,and its predictive performance and calibration were validated.Results Among 125 patients with moderate to severe facial seborrheic dermatitis,the recurrence rate after yellow light treatment was 50.40%(63/125),with 63 cases in the recurrence group and 62 cases in the non-recurrence group.Sleep disorders,anxiety,high-sugar/high-fat diet,long-term use of glucocorticoids,depression,as well as levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),were identified as independent factors influencing recurrence(P<0.05).The Logistic regression equation was Logit(P)=-0.626+1.591×sleep disorders+1.763×anxiety+1.588×high-sugar/high-fat diet+1.645×long-term use of glucocorticoids+1.680×depr ession+0.237×IL-17+0.396×TNF-α;the AUC of the Logit(P)model for predicting recurrence after yellow light treatment was 0.929(95%CI:0.882-0.962),with sensitivity and specificity of 85.19%and 88.89%,respectively.The model exhibited good fit,calibration,and discrimination.Conclusions Sleep disorders,anxiety,high-sugar/high-fat diet,long-term use of glucocorticoids,depression,and serum levels of IL-17 and TNF-α are independent factors influencing the recurrence of moderate to severe facial seborrheic dermatitis after yellow light treatment.Based on these influencing factors,a logistic regression prediction model is established,which has certain predictive value for recurrence.Clinically,high-risk individuals can be screened based on this model,and targeted intervention measures can be formulated to reduce the risk of recurrence.关键词
