酶解对豆粕成分的影响及酶解豆粕在畜禽生产中的应用
Effect of Enzymatic Hydrolysis on the Components of Soybean Meal and Its Application of Enzymatically Hydrolyzed Soybean Meal in Livestock Production
摘要
Abstract
Soybean meal is an important protein source in animal feed,but it also contains anti-nutritional factors such as trypsin inhibitors,phytates,and antigenic proteins in addition to protein.These substances can interfere with the digestion and absorption of protein and other nutrients by animals,thereby reducing the actual utilization efficiency of soybean meal in animal production.Enzymatic hydrolysis,as an efficient biological processing technology,can target the degradation of anti-nutritional factors and large-molecule proteins in soybean meal through the catalytic action of specific enzymes(such as proteases and phytases),significantly improving the protein utilization rate and digestibility of soybean meal and optimizing its nutritional value.This paper reviews the enzymatic hydrolysis process,the improvement of the nutritional quality of soybean meal by enzymatic hydrolysis,and the application of enzymatically hydrolyzed soybean meal in animal production,aiming to provide a reference for the further development and utilization of enzymatically hydrolyzed soybean meal in animal husbandry.关键词
