Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between the decision-making motivation and postoperative satisfaction of female patients undergoing double eyelid surgery.Methods A total of 110 female patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects.A questionnaire survey and postoperative follow-up were conducted to collect baseline data,age,skin type,occupation,and other information of the patients.Analyze the correlation between decision-making motivation and postoperative satisfaction,and conduct a telephone follow-up using a postoperative satisfaction scale one month after surgery.Results Among the 110 female patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in this survey,those aged 18-30 had the highest satisfaction rate,accounting for 65.96%,followed by those aged≥30,accounting for 25.53%;Women with dry skin have the highest satisfaction rate,accounting for 53.19%,followed by those with oily skin,accounting for 27.66%;The satisfaction rate of buried wire method is the highest,accounting for 44.68%,followed by incision method,accounting for 37.23%.The demand for appearance improvement(r=0.427,P=0.001)and doctor's advice(demand for functional correction)(r=0.348,P=0.003)are significantly positively correlated with postoperative satisfaction;There is a weak positive correlation between occupational requirements(r=0.253,P=0.032)and satisfaction;Generalized anxiety disorder(r=-0.312,P=0.007)is significantly negatively correlated with satisfaction;The correlation between simple psychological state(r=-0.186,P=0.121)and satisfaction.Conclusions The need for appearance improvement and doctor's advice are key factors affecting postoperative satisfaction.Generalized anxiety and psychological state may have a certain impact on postoperative satisfaction.Therefore,in clinical practice,medical staff should pay attention to patients'decision-making motivation,actively guide patients to establish reasonable expectations,and pay attention to patients'psychological state to improve postoperative satisfaction.关键词
