Research Progress on the Involvement of m6A Methylation Modification in the Regulation of Oxidative Stress in Livestock
摘要
Abstract
Oxidative stress will cause cells to produce excessive reactive oxygen species radicals,damage mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum,reduce the immune function of animals,and cause diseases and cause serious losses to animal husbandry.In epigenetics,m6A methylation,as one of the important RNA modification methods,has become a hot spot in genetics and molecular biology research.m6A methylation can regulate oxidative stress-related genes through related methyltransferases and demethyltransferases,and then participate in the whole process of oxidative stress.In this review,we will elaborate on the taxonomic function of m6A methylation-related enzymes and the role of m6A methylation modification in the regulatory mechanism of oxidative stress in livestock,aiming to promote the further development of m6A methylation in the field of oxidative stress in livestock.关键词
