Abstract
Objective Exploring the application of lower eyelid bag removal combined with orbital fat in blepharoplasty.Methods Seventy patients with eye bags who came to our hospital for treatment from July 2021 to April 2025 were selected,all of whom underwent percutaneous lower eyelid bag removal surgery and orbital fat release treatment.Record the facial measurement indicators of the patient before and after treatment(pupil height,external canthus height,facial frequency junction verticality,eyebrow eye distance,eye fissure height),eye indicators(eyelid bag degree score,lower eyelid wrinkle score,skin aesthetic score(WES)evaluation),and record clinical efficacy and postoperative complications.Results Among the 70 patients,40 showed significant improvement,26 showed improvement,and 4 showed no improvement,resulting in a total clinical effective rate of 94.29%.After treatment,the height of the pupil increased compared to before treatment,and the verticality of the facial frequency junction decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the height of the outer canthus,distance between eyebrows and eyes,and height of the eye fissure between before and after treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the degree score of eyelid bags and the score of lower eyelid wrinkles were both lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while the WES score was higher than before treatment(P<0.05);There were 3 cases of conjunctivitis,1 case of incision infection,and 2 cases of entropion after surgery,with a complication rate of 8.57%.Conclusions The combination of lower eyelid bag removal surgery and orbital fat release therapy has a good therapeutic effect on eye bags,which can make the patient's face younger and conform to the aesthetic restoration concept.关键词
