摘要

Abstract

In recent years,the scale of dairy farming has been expanding,while the high incidence of endometritis in dairy cows is still a key factor restricting the development of the dairy industry.The pathogenesis of endometritis in dairy cows is extremely complex,and traditional research methods are no longer sufficient to elucidate its molecular mechanisms.In the post-genomic era,transcriptomic,proteomic,metabolomic and microbiomic technologies have become powerful tools for studying various diseases due to their advantages of high throughput,high sensitivity and systematicity.This paper focuses on the application and challenges of omics technologies in the study of endometritis in dairy cows,and looks forward to its prospects,with a view to providing ideas for the subsequent use of genomics to analyze the molecular mechanisms of endometritis in dairy cows.
