数智化技术在基层医疗机构的应用状况及影响因素研究
Study of application status and influencing factors of digital intelligence technology in primary healthcare institutions
摘要
Abstract
Primary healthcare institutions are the core carriers of the hierarchical medical system.Their digital intelligence transformation is of great significance for improving medical services and optimizing resource al-location.This paper analyzes cases such as telemedicine,electronic health systems,intelligent auxiliary diagno-sis,public health monitoring,and digital health communities,indicating that digital intelligence technology signifi-cantly enhances the accessibility and service efficiency of primary healthcare resources.Meanwhile,it explores the impact of factors such as technological conditions,personnel capabilities,and policy environments on the applica-tion of digital intelligence technology at the grassroots level.Currently,the application faces challenges such as in-sufficient technological maturity,weak informationization capabilities of the personnel,and inadequate policy sup-port.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen technological innovation,talent cultivation,and policy support to promote the wide application of digital intelligence technology at the grassroots level and achieve the optimal alloca-tion of healthcare resources and balanced development of primary healthcare services.关键词
