基于倾向性评分匹配法的慢性病共病对我国老年人孤独感的影响研究
Impact of multimorbidity on loneliness of older adults in China based on propensity score matching

Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of multimorbidity on loneliness among older adults in China and so as to provide reference for alleviating loneliness and improving the mental health of older adults with multi-morbidity.Methods Based on the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study data in 2018,9 492 older a-dults aged 60 or above were selected as the research subjects.Propensity score matching was used to match older adults without multimorbidity and those with multimorbidity.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to explore the impact of multimorbidity on loneliness among older adults in China.Results Among the 9 492 older adults,the prevalence of multimorbidity was 64.95％.The prevalence of loneliness a-mong older adults with multimorbidity was 36.35％.After propensity score matching,a total of 3 160 pairs(6 320 cases altogether)of older adults without multimorbidity and those with multimorbidity were obtained.Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that multimorbidity was the risk factor of loneliness among older adults(OR=1.278,95％CI=1.133～1.441).Conclusions Compared with older adults without multimorbidity,those with multi morbidity have higher risk of loneliness,so priority attention should be paid to the mental health of older adults with multimorbidity.关键词
