国内外老年慢性病共病患者心理健康研究热点与趋势分析
Research hotspots and trends in the field of mental health of older adults with multimorbidity both domestically and internationally

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of mental health of older a-dults with multimorbidity both domestically and internationally,aiming to provide valuable insights for related re-search in this field.Methods The relevant articles on mental health of older adults with multimorbidity from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and Web of Science Core Collection were retrieved from 2003 to 2023,anCiteSpace was used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,countries and keywords of the included articles.Results A total of 1 532 articles were included,and the number of publications showed a trend of fluctuating growth.The domestic cooperation network is relatively independent,and the research hotspots are the exploration of different multimorbidity models and the influencing mechanism of related factors.The construction of a compre-hensive mental health management model for older adults with multimorbidity may be a future research trend.The foreign cooperation network is relatively dense,and the research hotspots are the research on new nursing programs and evaluation mechanisms.The follow-up research tends to explore the improvement program of social support level for older adults with comorbidities and the indirect effect mechanism of social isolation.Conclusions The focuses of future research may be strengthening research cooperation to form synergy,focusing on longitudinal re-search and intervention research,exploring the mechanism affecting the mental health of older adults with multi-morbidity,and developing a comprehensive path to ensure their mental health.关键词
