基于医务人员视角的医患网络健康信息交流现状分析
Current situation analysis of online health information exchange between doctors and patients from the perspective of medical staff

Abstract
Objective To explore the current status of doctor-patient online health information ex-change perceived by medical staff,so as to provide reference for further improving diagnosis and treatment efficien-cy and enhancing doctor-patient relationship.Methods Using a self-designed questionnaire on online health in-formation exchange between doctors and patients,we surveyed 284 medical staff and analyzed the impact of their perceived online health communication on treatment efficiency and doctor-patient relationship.Results 72.2％of medical staff perceived that less than 20％of patients consulted online health information during clinical consulta-tions.The impact of medical staff-perceived doctor-patient online health information exchange on diagnosis and treatment efficiency was associated with the accuracy of patients' access to the information and the attitude of med-ical staff towards patients' health information seeking behaviors(P＜0.05).And the impact on doctor-patient re-lationship was associated with the accuracy of patients' access to online health information,the correlation of on-line health information with patients' illness,and the attitude of medical staff towards patients' online health in-formation seeking behaviors(P＜0.05).Conclusions The proportion of doctor-patient online health information exchange perceived by medical staff remains relatively low.Its impact on diagnosis and treatment efficiency and doctor-patient relationship is associated with the accuracy of patients' access to online health information,the cor-relation of online health information with patients' illness,and the attitude of medical staff towards patients' on-line health information seeking behaviors.关键词
