可弯曲负压吸引鞘联合输尿管软镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy(FURL)in the treatment of patients with upper urinary tract stones.Method:A random number table method was used to divide 100 patients with upper urinary tract stones who received treatment in Jiujiang Sixth People's Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients received conventional ureteral guiding sheath combined with FURL treatment,while the study group received flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with FURL treatment.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,degree of pain(VAS score)and quality of life[symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)score],levels of inflammatory factors(CRP,WBC),stone clearance rate,and complications between two groups were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had less intraoperative bleeding and shorter surgical time,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The VAS and SCL-90 scores at 3 d after the operation and the levels of CRP and WBC at 6 h after the operation of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone clearance rates at 1 month and 3 months after surgery of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with FURL therapy in patients with upper urinary tract stones can achieve significant results,with less pain,promoting the improvement of postoperative quality of life,higher stone clearance rate,fewer complications,safety and reliability.关键词
