Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of disposable cervical balloon combined with low-dose Oxytocin in induction of labor in full-term pregant women.Method:A total of 80 full-term pregnant women admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened with low-dose of Oxytocin,and the observation group was intervened with disposable cervical balloon combined with low-dose of Oxytocin.The status of cervical maturation(Bishop score and total effective rate of cervical maturation),vaginal delivery rate,neonatal conditions(asphyxia rate and Apgar score),stage of labor and the incidence of complications(puerperal infection,ankylosing uterine contractions and postpartum hemorrhage)were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in Bishop score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the Bishop score after 12 h of intervention,total effective rate of cervical maturation,vaginal delivery rate,and 5-minute neonatal Apgar score in the observation group were significantly higher,the neonatal asphyxia rate and the incidence of complications were significantly lower,and the first stage of labor and total stage of labor were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Disposable cervical balloon combined with low-dose Oxytocin has a good application effect in induction of labor of full-term pregnant women,it can not only promote the cervix maturation,but also increase vaginal delivery rate,improve neonatal outcomes,shorten the stage of labor,and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
