Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine on hemodynamics,blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes of patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.Method:A total of 80 patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate,while the observation group was treated with Nifedipine in addition.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamic indicators,blood pressure levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP,uterine artery resistance index(RI),uterine artery pulsatility index(PI),hematocrit(HCT),whole blood viscosity,urinary cadherin,24 h urine protein(24 h UP),kininogen 1(KNG1)after treatment in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Magnesium Sulfate and Nifedipine for hypertensive disorders of pregnancy has a better effect.It can regulate urine protein expression and blood pressure levels,and effectively improve the pregnancy outcomes and hemodynamics of pregnant patients.关键词
