Abstract
Guideline for Rational Drug Use and Comprehensive Management of Cardiomyopathy in County-Level Regions(hereinafter referred to as"this Guideline")is a guidance document for physicians managing cardiomyopathy in county-level medical institutions in China.Following evidence-based medicine principles,and integrating the clinical needs and work characteristics of county-level clinicians,this Guideline systematically discusses the definition,classification,epidemiology,diagnosis,rational drug use,key treatment measures,and comprehensive management of four common cardiomyopathies:hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,dilated cardiomyopathy,arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy,and restrictive cardiomyopathy.It standardizes the diagnosis,treatment,and medication of cardiomyopathy at the county level,reduces misdiagnosis,inappropriate treatment,and resource waste,enhances the competence of primary care physicians,alleviates patient burden,and improves prognosis through comprehensive management—establishing a model for chronic disease management in county-level healthcare systems.This Guideline is well-organized,comprehensive yet concise,suitable for medical workers in various county-level medical institutions and readable for cardiomyopathy patients.关键词
