甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑联合阿芬太尼-米库氯铵用于小儿纤维支气管镜检查术的效果
Effect of Remimazolam Tosilate Combined with Alfentanil-Mivacurium Chloride for Pediatric Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Remimazolam Tosilate combined with Alfentanil-Mivacurium Chloride in pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Method:A total of 106 children who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in Yichun People's Hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was induced by anesthesia with Propofol combined with Alfentanil-Mivacurium Chloride,while the observation group was induced by anesthesia with Remimazolam Tosilate combined with Alfentanil-Mivacurium Chloride.The sedative effects,muscle tone levels,time to restore spontaneous breathing,time from awakening to spontaneous departure,changes in hemodynamic index levels and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The Ramsay sedation scale(RSS)score and modified Ashworth scale(MAS)grade in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the time to restore spontaneous breathing and the time from awakening to spontaneous departure were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At laryngoscopy insertion(T1),10 minutes after the start of operation(T2),and at the end of operation(T3),the MAP and HR levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the SaO2 levels were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remimazolam Tosilate combined with Alfentanil-Mivacurium Chloride for pediatric fiberoptic bronchoscopy provides high sedation,good muscle tone,accelerates recovery times of children,maintains hemodynamic stability,and enhances perioperative anesthesia safety.关键词
