Abstract
Guideline for the Clinical Application of Temporary Cardiac Pacing in Critical Cardiovascular Emergencies at the County Level is a guidance document specifically designed for physicians in county-level medical institutions in China,providing instructions on selecting and implanting temporary cardiac pacemakers when managing patients with critical cardiovascular emergencies complicated by severe arrhythmias.It mainly covers indications for temporary pacemakers,implantation method,complications and corresponding solutions referral process for patients requiring temporary pacing in country level healthcare settings.This guideline aims to fill the critical gap in the management of critical cardiovascular emergencies at the county level,enhance the ability of primary medical institutions to treat critical emergencies related to bradyarrhythmias and tachyarrhythmias through formulating standardized temporary pacing implementation plans,and effectively ensure patient safety.This guideline is suitable for medical workers in various county-level medical institutions to study,and also for patients with arrhythmias complicated by various cardiovascular diseases to read.关键词
