Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Dexmedetomidine pretreatment on hemodynamics during the induction period of general anesthesia in patients undergoing gynecological surgery.Method:A total of 100 gynecological surgery patients who underwent general anesthesia in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=53)and the control group(n=47)by the random number table method.Before anesthesia induction,Dexmedetomidine at a dose of 0.5 μg/(kg·h)was continuously pumped intravenously into the observation group,while the control group was given the same dose of 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection.The anesthesia effects,hemodynamic indicators(mean arterial pressure,heart rate,and electroencephalogram dual-frequency index)before anesthesia induction(T1),before intubation(T2),immediately after intubation(T3),and 1 minute(T4),3 minutes(T5),and 5 minutes(T6)after intubation were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in anesthesia onset or recovery times between the two groups(P>0.05).The mean arterial pressure in the observation group at T3 and T4 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Heart rate at T3 and T4 were also significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The bispectral index values in the observation group at T1,T4 and T5 were significantly reduced compared to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine pretreatment effectively stabilizes hemodynamic indicators during anesthesia induction for gynecological surgery,significantly reducing fluctuations in mean arterial pressure and heart rate following intubation and maintaining a stable bispectral index.关键词
