百笑灸联合针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Baixiao Moxibustion Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Stage Ⅰ Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of Baixiao moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating stage Ⅰ shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with stage Ⅰ shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke who were admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group,acupuncture group,Baixiao moxibustion group and Baixiao moxibustion combined with acupuncture group using the random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation training,while the other three groups were respectively treated with acupuncture,Baixiao moxibustion,Baixiao moxibustion combined with acupuncture on this basis.All groups were treated for 3 weeks and followed up for 1 month.The VAS scores,Fugl-Meyer assessment for upper extremity(FMA-UE)scores,modified Barthel index(MBI)and clinical efficacy of each group were compared.Result:After 3 weeks of treatment and 1 month of follow-up,the VAS,FMA-UE and MBI scores of the Baixiao moxibustion combined with acupuncture group were all better than those of the other three groups(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the improvement of VAS and FMA-UE scores in the acupuncture group were better than those in the Baixiao moxibustion group and the control group,and the MBI score in the Baixiao moxibustion group was better than that in the acupuncture group and the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month follow-up,the VAS and FMA-UE scores of the acupuncture group were better than those of the Baixiao moxibustion group and the control group,the MBI score was better than that of the control group,and the MBI score of the Baixiao moxibustion group was better than that of the acupuncture group and the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Baixiao moxibustion combined with acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the acupuncture group and the Baixiao moxibustion group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baixiao moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stage Ⅰ shoulder-hand syndrome after ischemic stroke can synergistically enhance the effect,significantly relieve pain,enhances motor function,and improves daily living.关键词
