复方苦参注射液联合卡铂腹腔热灌注治疗恶性腹腔积液的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Carboplatin Intraperitonea Hyperthermic Perfusion in Treating Malignant Ascites

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of compound Kushen injection combined with carboplatin intraperitonea hyperthermic perfusion in treating malignant ascites.Methods:A total of 60 patients with malignant ascites admitted to a hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into the control group(n=30,carboplatin intraperitonea hyperthermic perfusion alone)and the observation group(n=30,compound Kushen injection+carboplatin intraperitonea hyperthermic perfusion)by coin toss method.Clinical symptom score,clinical efficacy,Karnofsky performance score(KPS),tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen(CA)199,CA125,CA724],liver and kidney function indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),albumin(ALB),serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,clinical symptom score was decreased in both groups,with a greater decrease in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.009).There was no statistically significant difference in total clinical effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).KPS score was increased in both groups,with a higher score in the observation group(P=0.016).The reduction of tumor marker in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P=0.047).No statistically significant differences in changes of liver and kidney function indicators were found between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).During treatment,except for a few patients with mild nausea and one case of low-grade fever,no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:Compound Kushen injection combined with carboplatin intraperitonea hyperthermic perfusion can effectively improve clinical symptoms,enhance quality of life,reduce tumor marker levels,and does not increase liver or kidney damage in patients with malignant ascites.关键词
