高频超声引导封闭治疗在类风湿关节炎滑膜血管翳中的应用效果
Application Effect of High-frequency Ultrasound-guided Local Block Therapy in Synovial Pannus of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound-guided local block therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)synovial pannus.Method:A total of 100 patients with RA synovial pannus admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional local block therapy,while the observation group was treated with high-frequency ultrasound-guided local block therapy.One week after the treatment,the clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,28-joint disease activity score(DAS28),and levels of inflammatory factors[erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),RF,CRP]between the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the synovial membrane thickness of the joints in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the number of joint swellings and joint tenderness were less than those before treatment,and the morning stiffness duration were shorter than those before treatment,moreover,those in the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).The DAS28 and levels of serum ESR,RF and CRP in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound-guided local block therapy can improve the clinical symptoms of RA patients with synovial pannus,increase joint range of motion,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
