骨痛灵酊联合仙灵骨葆胶囊、甲钴胺胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果
Clinical Efficacy of Gutongling Tincture Combined with Xianling Gubao Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Gutongling Tincture,Xianling Gubao Capsules,and Mecobalamin Capsules in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:A total of 210 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from March 2021 to March 2024 were randomly divided into dual drug combination group and triple drug combination group by random number table method,with 105 patients in each group.The dual drug combination group was treated with Xianling Gubao Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules,while the triple drug combination group was treated with Gutongling Tincture combined with Xianling Gubao Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules.The clinical efficacy,lumbar function[lumbar Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)],pain level(VAS),lumbar range of motion,inflammatory indicators(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α)and adverse reactions between two groups.Result:The overall clinical efficiency of the triple drug combination group was higher than that of the dual drug combination group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the lumbar JOA score of the triple drug combination group was higher than that of the dual drug combination group,and the ODI and VAS scores were lower than those of the dual drug combination group(P<0.05);the range of motion for lumbar flexion,lateral flexion,and extension in the triple drug combination group were greater than those in the dual drug combination group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1,IL-6,and TNF-α in the triple drug combination group were lower than those in the dual drug combination group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Gutongling Tincture,Xianling Gubao Capsules and Mecobalamin Capsules can improve clinical efficacy,improve lumbar function,reduce pain,increase lumbar range of motion,and reduce inflammatory response in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.关键词
