Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of intratympanic injection of Dexamethasone combined with intravenous infusion of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection in the treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss with vertigo.Method:This study included 80 patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss and vertigo who were treated at Shangrao People's Hospital from July 2022 to December 2024.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:the control group(n=40)received intratympanic injection of Dexamethasone,while the observation group(n=40)received the same treatment as the control group plus intravenous infusion of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection.The therapeutic effects of sudden sensorineural hearing loss and vertigo,pure-tone audiometry thresholds,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in pure-tone audiometry thresholds before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of sudden sensorineural hearing loss in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of vertigo in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the pure-tone audiometry thresholds at 0.5,1.0,and 2.0 kHz were significantly reduced in both groups,with a more pronounced reduction in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of intratympanic injection of Dexamethasone and intravenous infusion of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection in treating sudden sensorineural hearing loss with vertigo can not only improve the therapeutic effects of sudden sensorineural hearing loss and vertigo,but also more effectively reduce pure-tone audiometry thresholds at different frequencies without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
