急诊手部肌腱损伤修复中不同缝合技术的效果及对手功能恢复的影响
Effects of Different Suture Techniques in Emergency Repair of Hand Tendon Injury Repair and Their Influence on the Recovery of Hand Function

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of Bunnell suture method and Kessler suture method in emergency repair of hand tendon injury and their influence on the recovery of hand function,in order to provide a reference basis for the clinical selection of appropriate suture techniques.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 101 patients who received emergency treatment for hand tendon injury in Fuzhou Second General Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024.Based on different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:the observation group(n=50,treated with the Kessler suture method)and the control group(n=51,treated with the Bunnell suture method).The therapeutic effect,hand function,tendon pain degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.59%in the control group(P<0.05).Twelve weeks after the operation,the range of motion of the proximal and distal interphalangeal joints,metacarpophalangeal joint in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the observation group at each time point after the operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 15.69%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the emergency repair of hand tendon injury,the Kessler suture method has a better effect than the Bunnell suture method.关键词
