左心耳封堵术联合射频导管消融术对NVAF患者栓塞风险及生活质量的影响
Effects of Left Atrial Appendage Closure Combined with Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation on Embolism Risk and Quality of Life in Patients with NVAF

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of left atrial appendage closure(LAAC)combined with radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA)on embolism risk and quality of life in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation(NVAF).Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 90 patients with NVAF admitted to Qiandongnan Prefecture People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024.They were divided into the group A(given drug treatment),group B(underwent LAAC),and group C(underwent RFCA+LAAC)according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The embolism events and complications,quality of life and readmission rate of the three groups were observed and recorded.Result:The incidence of embolism events in group C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in symptoms,daily activities,treatment concerns,satisfaction scores and total scores among the three groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the scores of the above dimensions and the total scores in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and group B,and those in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The readmission rate in group C was significantly lower than that in group B and group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:LAAC combined with RFCA can more effectively reduce the risk of embolism in patients with NVAF and improve their quality of life.关键词
