超早期康复治疗联合丁苯酞对急性脑梗死患者神经运动功能的影响
The Impact of Ultra-early Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Butylphthalide on the Recovery of Neuromotor Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of ultra-early rehabilitation therapy combined with Butylphthalide on the neuromotor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from May 2022 to September 2024 were assigned into 51 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the experimental group by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with intravenous injection of Butylphthalide Injection,and the experimental group was treated with ultra-early rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups,the NIHSS,activities of daily living(ADL),and Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMAS)were evaluated,and complications such as cerebral oedema and vasospasm were recorded.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the ADL and FMAS scores were higher than those of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-early rehabilitation therapy combined with Butylphthalide can promote the recovery of neurological function in acute stroke patients,improve self-care ability and motor function,and reduce complications.关键词
