摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To investigate the effects of different shading levels on growth physiology and flowering characteristics of M.wufengensis'Jiaohong 1'2-year old grafted seedlings in large containers,which can provide the basis for the cultivation of M.wufengensis'Jiaohong 1'seedlings to provide suitable shading methods in summer.[Method]In a one-way randomized group experiment,90 M.wufengensis'Jiaohong 1'seedlings were cultivated under three different shading conditions(Full light as control CK,50%-70%light transmission as S1,and 20%-40%light transmission as S2)to determine the growth changes under each treatment.Growth changes,physiological indexes and flowering characteristics were determined under each treatment.[Result]1)Compared with full light,under the shading treatment S1,the annual growth of seedling height,annual growth of ground diameter,relative leaf moisture content and branch number of M.wufengensis'Jiaohong 1'increased by 17.73%,10.62%,10.19%and 30.49%;2)In August to September,with the increase of shading,the contents of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,soluble sugar,soluble starch and soluble protein in leaves first increased and then decreased,and in July to September,the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and ascorbate oxidase in leaves decreased first and then increased with the increase of shading,and the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b of leaves gradually increased.The maximum values of leaf Pn,Gs and Tr are 11.61 µmol·m-2·s-1,19.23,and 6.85 mmol·m-2·s-1,respectively,and the minimum value of Ci was 277.85 umol·mol-1 under the shade treatment S1;3)Under the shading treatment S1,the onset of flowering date of M.wufengensis'Jiaohong 1'is advanced by 5.00 d,and the duration of flowering and single-flowering period are the largest,with 16.33 d and 7.44 d,respectively,while the onset of flowering is delayed by 3.00 d,and the duration of flowering and single-flowering period are the smallest,with 9.67 d and 6.45 d under the treatment S2.[Conclusion]The degree of shade is the best among the treatments with the light transmittance of 50%-70%.During the high temperature in summer,appropriate shade treatment for M.wufengensis'Jiaohong 1'is conducive to promoting the growth of seedlings and the accumulation of nutrient content.At the same time,it can effectively improve the content of photosynthetic pigment in leaves,keep the activity of antioxidant enzymes stable,increase the blooming rate,and prolong the flowering period.
